After a month of not eating this food, it will be very simple to pass on them especially if you’re substituting with some other healthier snack foods. I used to eat organic nuts and yogurt in place of chips and chocolate, and I felt excellent doing it. Also, try drinking some water whenever you feel the urge for some junk food.
