This will depend on whether you need to use the computer when going to see clients or not, and if you need to take it home with you at night.
With an office with many workers, you will need to have either a network printer, or a printer nearby your cluster desks. The best option for a large office is a copier machine, and a network printer which is more suitable than individual printers.
